Yoga
Yoga offers us the opportunity to connect with (and unite) our body, mind, and spirit. The practice of yoga asanas (postures) prepare the body for sitting comfortably. Once a student can sit comfortably, the practice of pranayama (harnessing energy through breathing techniques) steadies the mind. Once the mind is quiet the body can sit in meditative stillness; a blissful state of being, which can deliver insights and awareness that can enhance all other areas of your life.
As a qualified yoga instructor with a wide variety of teaching experience (from schools, to workplaces, to running an inner-city yoga studio in Brisbane’s West End, to hosting courses and weekend retreats), Sal offers practical ways in which your yoga practice can accompany, support, and transform your life.
